When I first saw this at Yatie's blog - I couldn't help myself and started calling her to tell her that I would love to feature this layout. What a fun and imaginative layout - fancy having SNOW in a tropical country like ours. Yatie was inspired by Tim Holtz in his blog post on how to make snow and decided to do a layout on it.
