This week, it is our pleasure to feature Irene Tan (Scrapperlicious). Irene prides herself with multitudes of techniques and you most often see her layouts laden with them. Irene first captured our attention with her very cool distressing and masking techniques. She is one of the few Malaysians who have made it big overseas.
