I am delighted to have found another scrapper friend in KL, Toh Ee. Even though she claims to be new at scrapbooking, her work is definitely non-beginner. I love how she dabbles in all kinds of mixed media and Toh Ee was kind enough to share a layout with us at the Scrap-it-Lah blog.
