New Scrapper in Town - Toh Ee

I am delighted to have found another scrapper friend in KL,  Toh Ee. Adding Paint to your base - Corrugated Cardboard

I have just had fun adding paint to the base of my layout. I just my fingers to add on some white paint onto my corrugated board base. I do love the effect and it seems to have brightened my whole layout.
